About the Artist

I was born in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada in 1923. My interest in oil Painting began in the early 60's, when I began painting Landscapes with oil and acrylic, using brush and palette knife. As my interest in art expanded so did my versatility.

From acrylic and oil, I began working with charcoal, pastel and pencil, creating detailed rendered drawings. My recent motifs are watercolor with floral designs and landscapes. My current interest are scenes of watercolor and oils of the Columbia River Gorge. .
